This 60-minute high intensity interval training (HIIT) class blends strength, cardio, core, and balance. It’s a dynamic, full-body workout designed to keep your heart pumping and muscles fired up. It’s the perfect class for building endurance and overall athleticism. Whether you're brand new or getting back into a fitness routine, we'll offer modifications to meet you where you’re at. No experience needed!

Push Your Body to the Max

This is our most challenging 60 minute class, combining high intensity cardio and advanced weightlifting for a serious full-body test. We recommend building your foundation in Full Body Fitness or Strength before jumping in! This class is meant to push your physical and mental limits.

Stretch Deeper, Move Better, Recover Faster

30 minutes of dedicated stretching and mobility techniques to increase range of motion. We’ll target key joints and muscles to move better on the wall, at your desk, or wherever life takes you!

 

Guts & GlutesGuts & Glutes

This 60 minute class is all about your guts and glutes! With 20 minute circuits focused on  core and glute power, you will be guided to lift weights and move your body to improve your strength.
